Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases. However, in the case of defective products or an incorrect order delivered, please notify us immediately at info@aninatural.sg for us to make it up to you.

We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Shopify Pay which is securely encrypted to protect cardholder data. All transactions are processed in Singapore dollar.

Upon successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email stating your purchase items and payment details. If you discover any discrepancies with regards to your order, please let us know by sending an email to info@aninatural.sg with your order number.

Within Singapore, we offer delivery with tracking. You will receive an email from us notifying you of your parcel tracking number as it makes its way to you. The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.

General
"Fragrance-free?"

Our products are formulated without artificial fragrances. What your sense of smell picks up is the natural, unmasked scent of the product ingredients.

"Safe for sensitive skin?"

We strive to formulate products that deliver great results with minimal irritants. This means excluding certain ingredients with a high potential for sensitisation such as artificial fragrances and colouring. Our products are also free of hormones-disrupting preservatives such as parabens, and harsh barrier-stripping agents like sulphates.
However, everyone has different sensitivities and if you have particularly sensitive skin or are concerned about any reactions, we suggest for you to do a patch test. Full ingredient lists of our products are on the product pages as well to assist you in identifying possible sensitivities.
TIP: An ideal spot for a patch test is on your neck right below your ear as it is the most similar to your facial skin and it is also a concealed area of your skin if there is a reaction. 

"How long can my products last?"

You can refer to the expiry date on the packaging for shelf life of the product. Once opened, you should ideally finish the product within 2 months for optimum freshness. To maximise product longevity and preserve the nutritional integrity and potency of our products, store them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
